A curated set of documents and FAQs that an AI agent uses to answer questions.

A knowledge base is the structured repository of information an AI chat agent draws from when responding to visitors. It can include product documentation, FAQs, pricing pages, case studies, and support articles. When a visitor asks a question, the agent searches the knowledge base and uses the relevant content to form an accurate response. This dramatically reduces hallucinations and keeps the agent on-brand. In Creobot, knowledge bases are uploaded per-agent and updated without retraining.
